What to expect from this course
This course deals with the Precambrian Penokean Orogeny at Pier's Gorge in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
There is a new dilemma that challenges the traditional mapping of the Niagara Fault Zone in the area. This video address that as well as giving you field measuring tips on when to take strike and dip. Also explored is the fact that you can't always easily identify a rock, even in context and in the field.
